INITIAL ASSESSMENT

Before getting started with a training program, we run every member through an initial assessment. During this 45-minute assessment, our coach will conduct an InBody scan to gather body composition data and take you through a movement screening to collect data on how you move and perform. This assessment will help both you and our coaches create a plan specifically engineered to get you to where you want to be.
