SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Semi-private training is Strength Society’s #1 training model. Each athlete in a semi-private session will receive their own individual programing geared towards their specific goals while getting the opportunity to work alongside their peers in a team training setting. We maintain a client-to-coach ratio of 4:1. New members can expect their first few sessions with us to be very coaching intensive. Strength Camps

Group strength classes geared towards getting you stronger and improving your athleticism. Classes will consist of compound barbell movements and free weights. Groups will be capped at 8 participants. Strength Camps run for 8 weeks in September and January. Contact us today for more information.

Private training

For athletes who prefer or require more one-on-one attention or simply feel more comfortable in a one-on-one setting, Strength Society also offers private 1-on-1 training.  Each athlete will receive individualized programming and personal coaching. One-Time Consultation

For athletes who may not be able to train with Strength Society in-person or on a regular basis, we offer a one-time consultation. These consultations typically include an InBody Scan, movement screenings, technique coaching, and any necessary program adjustments. Athletes and individuals who participate in one of these consultations will receive individualized feedback and comprehensive programming tailored for the athlete or individual to follow in order to correct or improve any of our findings. If you are looking for the Strength Society experience but are not able to work with us in-person, contact us today to set up your one-time consultation.
